Backend retrieves the users' data from a plain text CSV file. File should contain data in the following order: uid, full name, email address

uid is login username. Line length should not exceed 4096 bytes. uid comparison is case sensitive.

Backend uses $RUD_TEXTFILE_NAME and $RUD_TEXTFILE_SEP configuration variables.
